- Upload a suitable photograph when required.
- Submit the record for organization review and approval.
Choose the right association and form
Confirm the association or club and its membership category. Prepare the member information and membership number only if the form requests it. Follow the organization’s photograph and document instructions.
Corrections and renewal
Keep the submission reference. The association determines approval, validity and replacement requirements. Ask it to correct inaccurate details before production. Membership card verification does not establish government identity or automatic eligibility for every partner offer.
