How it works
- Configure the required employee fields
- Share one controlled registration link
- Review, correct and approve submissions
- Print and verify issued employee cards
The workflow supports organization-managed records without exposing private employee information on public pages.
Organization-controlled employee information
Companies, offices and institutions can collect employee applications through their official form. Depending on the configuration, the form may request a name, employee number, photograph, designation, department, branch and validity information.
Only request fields the organization needs. Use the correct branch link and check staff names against the organization’s own records before approving a card.
Review, design and produce cards in batches
Authorized users review submitted details and corrections before production. Reusable front/back layouts can combine the company logo and approved employee fields with the Card ID and QR code. Review a layout before preparing a bulk batch.
For a changed designation, incorrect detail or replacement, contact the issuing organization. A submitted correction or replacement request does not itself mean that a new card has been printed.
Identity cards and access cards serve different purposes
A printed employee card and online QR check do not by themselves unlock a door or integrate with attendance hardware. Confirm any physical access requirement separately.
Public verification provides permitted card information from the organization’s record. It is not government identity verification; private employee applications and documents remain protected.
