Privacy Policy

iCard.pk provides identity-card registration, review, printing, billing, messaging, and verification services to participating organizations. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the service.

Information we collect

Depending on the form configured by your organization, we may process your name, photograph, contact information, organization identifiers, CNIC or membership details, uploaded documents, payment evidence, card history, and technical activity records. We collect only the fields selected by the organization operating the form.

How information is used

Information is used to review applications, create and print identity cards, verify issued cards, process payments, prevent misuse, maintain audit history, and send messages where explicit consent has been provided. We do not sell candidate information.

Who can access it

Authorized iCard.pk administrators and authorized users of the organization responsible for your application can access relevant records. Limited card information may appear on the public verification page after a card is approved or issued.

Storage and protection

Uploads are stored outside the public web directory and delivered through permission-checked routes. We use access controls, audit logs, encrypted transport, password hashing, and encrypted storage for payment gateway secrets. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Operational records are retained while needed for card validity, printing, billing, audit, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. You may ask the responsible organization to correct or archive your record. Requests for deletion or privacy assistance can be sent using the contact details shown on the website; some audit or transaction information may need to be retained.

WhatsApp and external services

WhatsApp messages are sent only to eligible numbers with recorded consent. Payment, maps, analytics, and messaging providers may process limited information under their own policies when those features are enabled.
