iCard.pk helps organizations collect Student, Employee and Membership Card applications, review records, prepare cards for printing and provide public Card ID or QR verification.

Open the official organization or campus page, choose the correct card category, complete the required form and submit it for organization review.

Use a clear, front-facing photograph. The organization may enable cropping, background removal and approved background colours for card production.

Yes. A parent organization can publish separate operating units, forms and public pages while keeping records under the correct client account.

Organizations can configure Student, Employee, Membership and other approved categories with their own forms, fields, templates and validity rules.

Scan the QR printed on the card or open the public verification page and enter its Card ID. The result shows only the permitted verification information.

No. Candidate files and application records remain private and permission-protected. Public organization pages and permitted verification results are separate from private records.

Open an approved partner page, choose a current offer, enter the Card ID and check eligibility. Eligible members can then redeem according to that offer’s expiry and repeat-use rules.

A business may print one permanent QR for its public partner page containing all current offers. An individual offer QR is also available when a campaign should open one specific offer directly.

Use the Register Your Business form. The business appears publicly only after administrator approval, and its offers can be limited to all eligible members or selected organizations, units and card categories.

Yes. The same secure website can be installed as a PWA. It uses the same backend, account, routes and data while presenting an app-style mobile layout.

Contact the organization that owns the application. Its authorized Admin or Client user can review and correct the record before card production.
