How it works
- Create a school or campus application form
- Collect student details and a suitable photograph
- Review and approve records before printing
- Verify issued cards by Card ID or QR code
Schools and colleges can keep each campus organized while using consistent forms, card layouts and verification rules.
One student card workflow, from application to issue
A student ID card identifies a learner within the issuing school, college, academy or campus. Student card and Student ID Card describe the same purpose here; iCard is our platform name. The school decides which records to approve and which details to print.
Share the correct campus application link, collect the requested details and photograph, review errors, then prepare an approved print batch. Separate campus forms keep applications with the correct organization.
What information can a student ID card contain?
A layout can include the institution name and logo, student name and photograph, admission or roll number, class, section, campus, validity, Card ID and QR code. These are examples, not compulsory fields for every institution.
Use the organization’s configured form and front/back template. Check spelling, class, campus and the photograph before approval; a submitted application is not automatically an issued card.
Photographs, bulk printing and updates
Use a clear front-facing photograph that matches the form instructions. Check the crop and any permitted background choice before submitting. Avoid screenshots of photographs or images with another person in the frame.
Authorized staff review records and reusable layouts before preparing batches. If a detail is wrong or a card needs replacement, contact the issuing organization so it can review the record and its replacement process.
What does a verified student card mean?
Verification reflects the issuing organization’s record in iCard.pk. It does not establish government identity, replace a CNIC or guarantee admission, employment or eligibility for every discount. Read the current card status and validity where shown.
An eligible cardholder may use approved partner offers according to each offer’s audience, expiry and repeat-use rules. Private applications and documents remain permission-protected; the public checker returns only permitted verification information.
Common questions
Is a submitted application already a verified student card?
No. The school must review the record and complete its approval and card-issue workflow. Use the printed Card ID to check the current result.
How do I correct a class or photograph?
Contact the issuing school with your application reference. Ask it to review the correction before production; replacement requirements depend on the organization.
