QR verification helps schools, employers and associations confirm an issued card through one public endpoint.
Scan the card or enter its Card ID
Open the verification tool and scan the printed QR, or type the Card ID exactly as printed. A reference number used to follow an application is not necessarily the Card ID. If scanning fails, improve the lighting, keep the whole QR in view and try manual entry.
Read the current result
A valid result reflects the current record returned by the system; check the issuing organization and permitted details against the card being presented. Read validity or status information where available.
A not-found result can mean a mistyped ID or a record that is not available for public verification. An expired or inactive result should be checked with the issuing organization. Do not treat a failed lookup alone as proof of fraud.
What verification does and does not confirm
The service checks an organization-managed card record, not government identity. A QR result does not prove that the person holding a card is its owner. Follow the issuing organization’s own checking process.
Application forms, uploaded documents and account pages remain private. Individual results are excluded from search indexing. Discount eligibility is checked separately for the selected offer, even when a card can be verified.
